Upon receipt of payment for the order, the package is sent on the date of shipment (departure date) selected by the customer. The expeditions via Colissimo (delivery under 48H) are done only in Metropolitan France (except Monaco and Corsica) and are given without signature from 7h to 17h. Shipments via Chronopost (delivery under 24H) are made in metropolitan France (excluding Corsica) from 7am to 1pm and delivered against signature. In case of absence, a notice will be left in the mailbox.
Please note that in the event of a public holiday and for reasons of hygiene, the shipping dates may be modified so that the packages do not remain blocked in the post offices. The shipments of parcels are made on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, for reception on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
